The hotel was conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and we even received a complimentary bottle of bubbly and chocolates to celebrate my husband's birthday. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were well-designed, offering a good use of space. the breakfast provided a great variety of options, both hot and cold, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.
We experienced some issues with housekeeping. There were instances when our room was not cleaned until late in the afternoon, and we had to request basic amenities such as coffee pods, toiletpaper, and showergel.

There was a strange smell in some of the rooms, possibly coming from the showers.

Staying here was great! The location was perfect as it was right by the Oktogon metro, so getting around was a breeze. The staff were amazing, very polite and helpful, and the room itself was really comfortable with great amenities like air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. The soundproofing was excellent, too, which meant I slept soundly every night.
I recommend this place if you're staying in this area, it really is great.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, right next to Oktogon metro station and close to public transport, making it easy for us to explore the city. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, and it had excellent facilities such as a free safe for our luggage after check-out.

Excellent cleanliness and amenities like coffee and tea maker, safe box, and locker room. Great location with easy access to public transportation, city center, and Szecheny spa.
